Building Information Modeling

BIM is one of New Nanyang's strengths. We bring architecture, structure and MEP into a single 3D information model, catch problems before construction, and use the model to produce drawings and guide the work on site.

  • Shop drawings

    Shop drawings and detail drawings are produced from the model, so drawings and model stay consistent.

  • Clash detection

    Architecture, structure and MEP share one model, so clashes and drawing errors are found before construction.

  • Build from the model

    3D models are exported for the site team, making the design easier to understand and build.

Models open in Autodesk Viewer, with nothing to install, on desktop or mobile.
